LARCHITECT remembers a specific day: the clandestine screening of the film "The French Connection," shot partly in Marseille, which plunged him into an atmosphere of suspense and urban traffic. He sees himself again in a hangar near the port, between silence and vigilance, the same tension that resonated in the real life of the French Connection, well before its 2000s. The French is this memory of a restless city, built on shadow and noise, but always with elegance.
