Where does AMARIS ship to?
AMARIS currently ships to addresses in Singapore.
May I change items or change my address in my order once it has been submitted?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. This is provided that the order has not yet been shipped out.
May I cancel my order?
An order may be cancelled if it has not been processed and prepared for shipment. To cancel your order, please contact email@example.com during business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday) for immediate assistance.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to view this information online.
How quickly will my order arrive?
The standard delivery time is about 2-3 business days after your order has been confirmed.
What is the return policy?
We accept returns received within 30 days of original purchase unless otherwise noted on the product detail page. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and unopened in their original product packaging. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable. To arrange for a return, please contact the team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number in the correspondence. We will help you process your return request.
Can I request for product samples online or at AMARIS concept store?
We will be happy to provide you with samples in-store, depending on the current stock availability. We only provide samples together with your online order upon request and based on samples availability. However, we are happy to answer any product-related questions you may have via email@example.com.
